Our colored natural enriched mulch is made with natural virgin fiber.
WoodBed Corp takes pride in the manufacturing of all our colored mulch products. not only do we sell colored much and dyed bark, but we can say that we produce the colored mulch and dyed bark which we then deliver to PA, OH and NY.
We start with a raw material wood product such as brush, tree trimmings, tree slabs, etc. We then use one of our several Grinders for the primary grind. Depending on the product that we are manufacturing this material is put into the grinder a second time with a new setting to produce a smaller size product. Hence, the term double ground mulch.
After the final product of mulch is produced. The mulch is then colored on site by liquid dye and continues by conveyor to the final blacktop destination area in the WoodBed yard according to the color.
